Nature is its own life form, slowly and calmly forming its way closer to the light. Night and day unfolding its fronds elegantly without spectacle, the flowing forms and natural beauty that all fauna effortlessly and selflessly shows us.

With this piece I wanted to experiment with texutres and natural line work. I am always intrigued by nauture and its intricate yet simplistic detailing and shapes. I had a basic idea of the layout but went along with what evolved, adding in the dark navy to ground to give contrast to the more vibrant leaves, which added a moodier element to this piece.

This piece is a triptych, 3 canvases to create the one art piece.
